& Conditions
Although every care and attention is given to any work left with South Wales Picture Framers Ltd for framing, all customers are advised to take their own precautions to ensure their work is fully covered against loss or damage.
Liability
South Wales Picture Framers Ltd will not be held liable for loss or damage consequential or otherwise in respect of goods and services supplied. All or any artwork and/or other goods supplied by you the customer or any third party to South Wales Picture Framers Ltd are supplied entirely at your own risk and will remain at your risk while in South Wales Picture Framers Ltd custody and South Wales Picture Framers Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage consequential or otherwise to such artwork and such goods.
Insurance
You the customer should arrange and maintain adequate insurance to cover your responsibilities imposed by these Terms of Trade including without limitations all risks insurance at the full replacement value of any and all artwork and/or other goods supplied by you the customer or any third party to South Wales Picture Framers Ltd and for the avoidance of doubt you should maintain such insurance during transportation of such artwork and such goods and of the goods supplied by South Wales Picture Framers Ltd hereunder.
Indemnity
You the customer shall indemnify South Wales Picture Framers Ltd against all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses which may be incurred or brought against South Wales Picture Framers Ltd in respect of injury to any person or loss or damage to any property arising out of or in connection with the incorrect use of goods by you the customer or incorrect installation of such goods etc.
Delivery/Collection
Where it is agreed that South Wales Picture Framers Ltd will arrange transportation of the goods i.e. any artwork and/or other goods supplied by you the customer or any third party; the delivery instructions relating thereto will be as agreed and transportation thereof will be carried out at your own risk, expense and insurance liability.
Mouldings:
Please understand that mouldings can differ from batch to batch and from chevrons or samples. This can be particularly noticeable in distressed and natural wood mouldings.
